Conditions of Hire
Cost of hiring the room is £125 and this amount must be paid when the room is booked. We require name, full address and telephone number as well as the reason for hiring the room. If booking is cancelled for any reason, all monies will be returned as long as cancellation is not within six weeks prior to hire date, cancellation within this period will result in £50 being retained.
Reconfirmation of booking must also be made 3 weeks prior to hire date. (No booking can be confirmed until the full amount is paid, it is therefore the hirer’s responsibility to ensure this. The club will not be held accountable for double bookings, if someone else books the room on the same date and pays the full amount immediately.)£50.00 will be retuned to the hirer if no damaged or trouble has occurred.
The person hiring the function room must make all their guests aware of the club rules and conditions (they will be held accountable for this) eg:- No parties for under 21’s, Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the club premises, anyone found breaking this rule will be escorted from the premises, and the £50.00 will be forfeited.
No under age drinking, (No ID NO Service)
Persons under the age of 18 are not allowed in the bar area, guest of the function are not allowed in the lounge, unless they are members/affiliated members of the club, any false information will also result in £50.00 being retained.
The club has an anti-drugs policy and will not tolerate anyone abusing this, offenders will be escorted from the premises and will be barred from the club, and will be reported to the police.
The bar closes at 11pm, Music to cease at 11. 15pm, Drinks to be consumed by 11.20 pm, and the room to be vacated by 11.45pm

These new function room hire conditions replace any previous conditions and are in place as of 8thApril 2008.
